Dr. Narayanan has been in clinical practice since 2004. Her work spans restorative dentistry, including full mouth rehabilitation, root canal treatment and implant placement, together with dental care for older people and people living with neurodegenerative conditions.

In geriatric and palliative care she focuses on oral function, comfort, nutrition and quality of life. She has provided care at home and in care institutions, working with physicians, neurologists and caregivers, and trains caregivers and healthcare teams on the link between oral health and general wellbeing.
