Who we are
This website is operated by TAF'O'DENT Multispeciality Dental Clinics, with clinics in Tolichowki and Golconda, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can contact us about privacy by calling +91 88015 41007.
What we collect
When you book online or send an appointment request, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, clinic, dentist, reason for your visit, date and time, and any note you add. We also record the time of the request and, briefly, your IP address to protect the forms from abuse.
Please don’t send detailed medical information through the website. We will discuss your health in person.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request: to call or message you, arrange an appointment and keep a record of the enquiry. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Who can see it
A call-back request is sent to Tafodent’s appointment team by email, through our website hosting provider.
If you book online, your name, mobile number, optional email, chosen clinic, dentist, date, time and reason for visit are sent to Clinicia, the practice management system Tafodent uses for appointments. Clinicia uses them to create your appointment and to send the SMS verification code. Your booking is then held in Tafodent’s Clinicia account.
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to arrange your care and to meet our legal and professional obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we turn on website analytics, we will ask for your permission first, and analytics will load only if you agree.
WhatsApp and phone calls
If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
